My family and I have gone to Dr. Krizek for 25 years and it had been a great relationship from day one. When my kids were young, they were introduced to the whole process in a positive way and as such have had great dental care for years. I have bad teeth and Dr. Krizek has worked on them and helped me through it all the way. He recently put crowns on my front teeth and I am so pleased with the way they look.
Absolutely the worst customer service, they expect patients to file their own claims. Dr. Krizek will not hesitate to make excuses for his staff who is family and blame the patient. Apparently the patient is supposed to feel sorry for how stressful life is for them over everything else!
I can't say enough good things about everyone there.
All of the staff is professional and caring.
They have always turned our charges into insurance and then, billed accordingly.
